The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service or TTPS is the law enforcement agency in that country.It is responsible for enforcing the laws in that country.It has been in operation for over 200 years.These days the service has detoriated badly due to lack of manpower,coping with the high crime rate at this time and curroption with even no police commissioner at all but the acting one James Philbert is trying to restore it to what it was including modern techniques to policing as the techniques used are very outdated like timers for speeding motorists instead of radar with many other things.

It is divided into the following

1: Guard and Emergency Branch

2: Traffic Branch

3: Anti Kidnapping Squad

4: Fraud Squad

5: Agricultural Squad

6: Special Branch

7: Homicide Squad

8: Interagency Task Force

9:Anti Curroption Beaureau

10: Organisied crime and Narcotics Beaureau
