The Blayais Nuclear Plant is a nuclear plant in South Western France. In 2005, after 3 days of heavy rainfall, 100,000 gallons of water spilled out of the plant and a Level 3 nuclear hazard was announced, none of the locals were evacuated or were worried [1].
