What is your language of choice? The problem is that if you cannot talk with others, and you are doing things others say no to, you can not work with others. Just like in kindergarten. My explanation - I'm not read STUB policy. I thought, the STUB that I add in NYC Subway Station articles, may be useful. I understand your confusion. This is why I tried to explain to you what a stub was on your talk-page earlier today. Even if you don't understand it, you should accept that it doesn't belong and stop adding the tag. Instead, you deleted the notes without responding, so I had to escalate to ANI.   2. It was easiest way for send pages to delete
  3. The pages are just copies of original pages, but it is not the case, but in categories. In this copy-pages, users saved Categories, and thats reflected with original pages in Categories. Language is not the primary reason you've been blocked. Read all of the notes left on your talk page over the years, that you recently restored. Do you understand what you've done wrong? I wanna help English WP. Some articles in Russian language, need translate into English, and I would like do it. I have not high level English and my translation have orthographic and lexical mistakes. But after my translation, users with professional English, they could adjust my works to right.
