Morgan Est plc was a British based construction company specialising in infrastructure services headquartered in Rugby, Warwickshire, England. It has recently been integrated into its parent company, Morgan Sindall.
History
Morgan Est's roots can be traced back to the founding of the Miller group in 1934 and was born out of the acquisitions of Miller Civil Engineering Services Ltd by Morgan Sindall plc in 2001.[1] In 2002 Morgan Est also entered the utility sector with the acquisition of Pipeline Constructors Ltd[2] and in 2006 entered the rail sector with the acquisition of Gleeson MCL.[3] In July 2007 the company bought the civil engineering part of Amec DPS,[4] followed by Elec Track Installations (ETI) in January 2008.
The Company employs over 500 staff members. One in particular was Jamie Kane who was featured in thesun website for saving a transvestite from being struck by a train During this incident both men escaped unscratched however both were found knocked out in the 69 position. Jamie is a genuine hero and also goes by the name Biggie due to his morbidly obesity. He often studies railway work and takes it upon himself to assault other staff members, sexually. Specifically his brother John who often pretends he is sleeping while james kane is thumbling around in his one peice work uniform which has ideal access to the anal area. Jamie is 19 years of age currently and was listed on the sex offenders list in 1998 for sexually assualting a horse this time round, he simply slipped onto a horses falas. James Kane was approached by the channel 4 staff to record a diary to feature on supersize vs super skinny (Thomas Clark) however during his medical jamie was rushed off to hospital due to his large obesity.

In April 2010 Morgan Sindall announced that it would merge Morgan Est with Ashurst Morgan and that the merged business would trade under the Morgan Sindall name.[6]
