The Gillard Ministry is the 66th Australian ministry. It is led by Julia Gillard of the Australian Labor Party.

The Gillard Ministry took effect on 24 June 2010 with the swearing in of Julia Gillard as Prime Minister and Wayne Swan as Deputy Prime Minister. All the members of former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's Ministry initially remained in their existing portfolios. Rudd himself is not a member of the Gillard Ministry.[1] A reshuffle was announced on 28 June, with Simon Crean to assume responsibility for Gillard's former portfolios of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, and Social Inclusion. Stephen Smith was assigned the Trade portfolio in addition to his Foreign Affairs portfolio.[2]
