Rob. A!

Rob. A! (born Robert Lamont Allen) is an American Singer-songwriter popular for layering soulful vocals on top of rhythmic Pop tracks. He is also popular for his freestyle songwriting approach that gave him the nickname “The Jay-Z of R&B” and his unique vocal backgrounds and arrangements which are comprised through his special engineering style.

He got his break as a writer, early in 2008, when he collaborated with "Polow da Don" Andre Merritt, Chris Brown and Brian Kennedy (producer). This rode him to a multi-platinum songwriter status with two #1 records back to back in June 2009.[1]

By the end of the summer of 2009, he was signed a co-publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing courteous of the VP/Urban A&R Juan Madrid, he is now being currently managed by Paula Webster Grant at “Phillybass’d Records”[2].
