'Guvera Limited is an unlisted public company in Australia, officed in New York USA, Sydney and Robina Australia. Guvera inked deals in 2009 and 2010 with Universal Music Group [1], EMI [2], The Orchard [3], IODA [4], and several rights bodies: APRA, AMCOS, BMI, Rightsflow, SESAC AND ASCAP [5].

Guvera delivers free downloads and streams from these labels via website www.guvera.com to consumers for free, paid for by advertisers - within what it calls "brand channels", which are mini destination sites branded by the advertisers and containing music chosen in part by the advertiser and the consumers searches.

Guvera's initial $10mm + has been funded by AMMA private investment out of Australia [6]

Guvera's advertising partners to date have included: Microsoft, McDonalds, Pepsi, Harley Davidson, Johnson & Johnson, Activision, Sprint, Geico, Victoria Secret, Mountain Dew, Schweppes, Dotti [7]
