Dr. Hasballah M. Saad (Pidie Regency, Aceh, July 14, 1948) is an Indonesian politician from National Mandate Party.[1]

He was a State Minister for Human Rights in United Indonesia Cabinet. Currently he is a member of National Commission for Human Rights and the board secretary for the Indonesian Muslim Intellectuals Association (IMIA).[2]
