[Our Lady of Fatima High School is a Catholic school in Aligarh, India, affiliated to the Indian Central Board of Secondary Education board. It is located at Ramghat road, Aligarh. Our Lady of Fatima was established in 1961, and was the first English medium school in Aligarh. It is managed by Catholic missionary nuns. The school has maintained a high standard in teaching and learning disciplines since its inception. It has produced many outstanding students who later received higher qualifications and excelled in their respective fields. Since recently, the school does not enjoy its earlier monopoly in Board exam results in and around Aligarh, due to increasing competition from other upcoming schools in the city. The academic curriculum includes Mathematics, English Language, History and Civics, Geography, Economics, Science, Art, Hindi, and Urdu or Sanskrit as third language (in Classes VI to VIII). Other subjects include Health education, Computer Studies, Moral Science and Physical Health Education. Class 10 students are prepared for the Central Board of Secondary Education. They sit for Pre-board examination before the CBSE conducted examinations. The books are published by National Council of Educational Research and Training.

There are many sports activities available for students which are promoted by the staff. Besides the mandatory Physical Health Education class (also known as Games period), students also go to school during the evening to participate in the games and sports. Many such activities include cricket, soccer, soft ball, basketball and volleyball. Students of the school are known over the years to win many awards both at the state and National level.
