Yakov Khristoforovich Davydov (born Davtyan) Яков Христофорович Давыдов (Давтян) (10 October 1888, Nakhichevan region - 1938) was from early 1920 to the end of 1921 the head of the Foreign Department of the Cheka, the first head of Soviet foreign intelligence.

Davydov later transferred to the diplomatic service, but continued to operate as an agent. He was accused in 1937 of being part of the fictious Trotskyite-Zinovievite bloc and the following year was executed.
