WBOY is a television station in Clarksburg, West Virginia. It identifies itself as "WBOY - Clarksburg, Morgantown, Fairmont", even though Morgantown, West Virginia is located in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania television market. It operates on channel 12, and its digital channel is channel 52.

The station was launched in 1971. It was the second television station in its small market. It was orignially affiliated with ABC but switched after a few years to NBC with which it remains.

In 2002 the station was sold to West Virginia Media Holdings which was creating a statewide "network" of stations to share resources. The station received a major influx of cash to upgrade its news operation and built a second studio in Morgantown. A major emphasis was placed on news from that town, in the hopes of increasing ratings and thus getting the town reassigned to the Clarksburg-Fairmont market. The station is also expected to produce a large amount of sports content relative to West Virginia University located in that town for use by the other member stations.

WBOY is the only West Virgnia Media Holdings station to have the lead in local news ratings. Because the company's other three stations are all CBS affiliates, it is believed that an affiliation swap with WDTV will be arranged.
