Bukovica is a geographical region in Croatia. It is situated in northern Dalmatia, with Lika in the north, Kninska Krajina in the east, and Ravni Kotari in the south-west.[1]

Geography

Bukovica is a small plateau region about 250-300 meters above sea level. The karst landscape covers most of the region leading the the Zrmanja river valley.

Towns and villages

Bukovica forms a triangular shape between the towns of Benkovac, Obrovac, and Knin. Located in the region are the municipalities of Jasenice, Ervenik, Kistanje, and Lišane Ostrovičke.
