Maria Cristina Giai Pron (born August 21, 1974) is an Italian slalom canoer who has competed since the late 1980s. She won a bronze medal in the K-1 event at the 2002 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Bourg St.-Maurice. She also won a bronze medal in the K-1 team event at the 1996 European Canoe Slalom Championships in Augsburg.

Giai Pron also competed in five Summer Olympics, earning her best finish of fourth in the K-1 event at Atlanta in 1996.
