Bibiana Aído Almagro (born February 2, 1977) is a Spanish politician who served as Minister for Equality. She became minister for this new department on April 14, 2008, at the beginning of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero's second term as Prime Minister of Spain.

She has a BA (Hons) in International Business Administration from University of Cádiz (Spain). As part of an interchange program she did part of her BA (Hons) at Northumbria University's School of International Business Administration.[1] On July 14, 2011, Bibiana Aido was awarded a Honorary Doctorate (Doctor of Civil Law) from Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University. [2]
