Rasit Cetiner is a Turkish football coach and former a player of Galatasaray SK.

He also managed the Turkish U-21 for many succesful years he resigned when his team fell to a 2-1 defeat to Kazachstan he was succeeded by Reha Kapsal.

After Senol Gunes resigned from his post Rasit Cetiner was one of the canidates to take the helm at the senior team. Many think that Cetiner is still the man for the Turkey job.
