Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd is an Indian company based in Noida which holds the master franchise for Domino's Pizza in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, and since 2011 also for Dunkin' Donuts in India.[3] The company is a part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group.[4]
History
The company was incorporated on 26 March 1995 as "Domino's Pizza India Private Ltd" and started operations in 1996. It subsequently changed its name to "Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd" in 2009.[5][6]
On 24 February 2011, Jubilant FoodWorks signed a master franchise agreement with US based coffee chain Dunkin' Donuts for operating the brand in India.[7] The stores are wholly owned by Jubilant FoodWorks, who will pay a royalty fee to Dunkin' Donuts.[8] Jubilant FoodWorks opened India's first Dunkin' Donuts outlet in Connaught Place, Delhi on April 2012. The Company has 8 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in India (as of 10th January 2013)

Indien
The company runs 500 Domino's Pizza outlets in 110 cities as of 1 September 2012.[9] India is a major market for Domino's Pizza. Eight out of the top 10 Domino’s restaurants by volume (number of pizzas sold) are located in India.
The company also operates 5 Dunkin' Donuts outlets in India as of 6 October 2012.[10] Jubiliant plans to add 10 more Dunkin Donut and 100 more Domino's Pizza outlets in 2012–13.[11]
Other
It operates 2 Domino's Pizza outlets in Sri Lanka,[12] while there are currently no outlets in Bangladesh and Nepal.
