Royal Castle is a fast food restaurant in Trinidad and Tobago.It was founded in 1968 with 12 employees on Federick Street.It grew to 19 locations with 300 employees Franchises began in 1987.Its preparation uses all local produce and meats.It offers fried chicken,Rotiserre chicken,Fish,regular,upsize and large Fries including veggie burgers.Its branches are Federick Street,Digeo Martin,Long Circular mall,Arima,San fernando,St Helena and Rio Claro.It isthe only fully locally owned fast food restaurant in Trinidad and Tobago
