Kirby's Dream Collection (also known as Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition) is a 2012 video game published by Nintendo for the Wii system. It is an anthology disc celebrating the series' 20th anniversary, which took place on April 27, 2012. In addition to the disc, the package includes a booklet that highlights Kirby's history, as well as a soundtrack containing music from multiple series entries. The game was released in Japan on July 19, 2012 and in North America on September 16, 2012.[1]

The disc includes six Kirby titles:[1]

The disc also features new challenge stages based on those found in Kirby's Return to Dream Land. Additionally, the game includes a museum section, which spotlights every title in the Kirby series as of 2012, and includes three viewable episodes from the anime Kirby: Right Back at Ya! ("Kirby Comes to Cappy Town", "Crusade for the Blade", and "Waddle While You Work").

All games included in the collection have been calibrated for use with the Wii Remote turned horizontally. GameCube Controller and Classic Controller are also supported. The game supports one to four players depending on which game is chosen.

As of August 25, 2012, Kirby's Dream Collection has sold 200,000 copies in Japan. Critical and fan reception in North America has been positive, praising the amount of content within. The game currently holds an aggregate score of 81.29% on GameRankings[2] and 82 out of 100 on Metacritic.[3]
