Google Spreadsheets, is a Web-based spreadsheet application offered by Google. It allows users to create and edit spreadsheets online while collaborating in real-time with other users. Google announced June 6, 2006 at 1 p.m. (UTC) as the date for a test launch of Google Spreadsheets, available to a limited number of users on a first-come, first-serve basis.
