Shardara (Kazakh: Шардара ауданы) is a district of South Kazakhstan Province in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the town of Shardara.[1] Population: 74,997 (2009 Census results);[2] 64,324 (1999 Census results).[2]
