* Grand Canyon ineligible for WAC Tournament as part of reclassification from Division II

The 2013–14 Grand Canyon Antelopes men's basketball team will represent Grand Canyon University during the 2013–14 college basketball season. This will be head coach Dan Majerle's first season at Grand Canyon.[1] The Antelopes will compete in the Western Athletic Conference and play their home games at GCU Arena.[2] However this will act as year 1 of a 4-year transition period from D2 to D1. As a result, the Antelopes will be classified as a D2 team for the 2013–14 season. As a result, the Antelopes will not be eligible to make the D1 or D2 Basketball Tournaments and will not participate in this season's WAC Basketball Tournament. However the Antelopes can compete in the NIT, CIT, or CBI tournaments should they be invited.
