NPO Radio 4 is an NPO public-service radio network in the Netherlands. It broadcasts chiefly classical music.

NPO Radio 4 began transmissions on 28 December 1975 under the name Hilversum 4. Its first programme was produced by the Veronica broadcasting association.

The following broadcasting associations provide programming on NPO Radio 4: AVRO, KRO, MAX, NCRV, NTR, TROS, VARA, VPRO.

Initially, the station operated only during the evenings, but currently the station broadcasts 24 hours per day, providing surround sound transmissions via the internet and satellite.

In August 2014, the name of the station was changed to "NPO Radio 4", incorporating the public broadcaster; "NPO" name and logo.
