Five episodes (Thomas the Quarry Engine, Not So Slow Coaches, Flatbeds of Fear, Disappearing Diesels and Toad's Adventure) were released exclusively on the DVD "Trouble on the Tracks"[1] in the US on 8 April 2014. The series started airing on Channel 5 in the UK on 25 August 2014.[2]
A new DVD "The Christmas Engines",[3] containing the five episodes The Perfect Gift, Duncan the Humbug, Last Train for Christmas, Duck in the Water and Long Lost Friend,[4] is scheduled to be released in the US on 28 October 2014.
