Tram route 24 was a public transport service in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, which operated along La Trobe Street in the city centre, to North Balwyn. The route was discontinued on 27 July 2014 as part of a wider timetable change to the Yarra Trams network.[2]

Like most tram routes in Melbourne, it fell within myki ticketing Zone 1. The route only operated during peak times on weekdays, and shared stops with route 30. For services to North Balwyn at other times, the route 48 operated along Collins Street and Bridge Road.
