Central Oklahoma is a geographical name for the central region of the state. It is also known by trade names such as Frontier Country and contains the Oklahoma City Metroplex.

Central Oklahoma is a large geographical region, containing many large cities and unincorporated areas on the gently rolling hills of the area.
