2324 Janice (1978 VS4) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on November 7, 1978 by E. F. Helin and S. J. Bus at Palomar. Measurements of the lightcurve made in 2010 give a tentative rotation period of 23.2 ± 0.1 hours. It has a diameter of 28.9 km.[1]
