Arya Daivari is an Iranian-American[4] professional wrestler from Minnesota who is currently performing on the independent circuit as Ariya Daivari.

Professional Wrestling Career

Ariya was trained in Minneapolis by his brother[2] Shawn Daivari and fellow wrestler Arik Cannon, along with WWE performers Shelton Benjamin and Ken Anderson.[3] His debut match was on September 22nd, 2006. [3] He has performed in promotions across the United States, including Ring of Honor [5], Global Force Wrestling[6], and for Total Nonstop Action's India project. [7] He also participated in a non-televised match with the WWE at the Target Center in 2013. [3] On June 13, 2016, he was announced as a participant in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic.[2]
