Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care is a franchise system in the United States founded in 1981[1][2] with 145 franchised academies in 24 states.[3] Kiddie Academy is headquartered in Abingdon, MD.

History

The first Kiddie Academy was opened in 1981 in Baltimore County, Maryland and founded by Pauline and George Miller.

The company was ranked eighth on the Franchise Gator's fourth annual Top 100 list ranking franchise systems,[4][failed verification] and landed among the top 25 percent of the Franchise 500,[5][failed verification]
