A magnitude 6.7 earthquake struck Turkey, at depth of 12 km, near Bitez Mahallesi, Bodrum/Muğla Province, Turkey. Two people were killed and more than 200 others were injured on Kos, while more injuries were reported in Bodrum and Muğla. A small tsunami caused flooding and some damage along the Greek and Turkish coasts.[1][2]
