Cira Centre South is a complex of two skyscrapers in the University City district of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which is across the Schuylkill River from Center City Philadelphia. The location of the buildings is between Walnut Street and Chestnut Street south of 30th Street Station and the Old Post Office Building.

The structure consists of two towers, the commercial and residential FMC Tower and the residential Cira Chestnut Tower (also known as Evo Cira Centre South[1]). Evo is specifically marketed towards graduate students and professionals, and rises a total of 33 floors and 430 feet.[2][3] It was jointly developed by Brandywine Realty Trust, Campus Crest Communities, and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.[3]

As of October 31, 2013, Brandywine has secured two tenants for the Walnut tower. FMC Corporation has signed a 16-year deal for 253,000 square feet. The University of Pennsylvania has signed a 20-year lease for 100,000 square feet. Having leased 61% of the 575,000 square feet of office space, construction began in 2014. The top floors of the tower includes 260 luxury apartments. Lastly, there is 10,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The building is the 6th tallest building in the city of Philadelphia.[citation needed]
