Eugene L. O'Flaherty is a former American state legislator who served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.[1] He was first elected in 1996 [2] He resigned effective January 31, 2014 to take a position as chief legal counsel for Boston mayor Marty Walsh.and the City of Boston[3]
