The fifteenth World Masters Athletics Championships were held in Carolina, Puerto Rico, from July 1-13, 2003.[1] The World Masters Athletics Championships serve the division of the sport of athletics for people over 35 years of age, referred to as masters athletics.

A full range of track and field events were held, along with a marathon.
