Tiffany Pollard

Template:Infobox actor television Tiffany Pollard Patterson (born in Utica, New York^{[<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiffany_Patterson#Notes">1</a>]}) is an aspiring actress and reality television contestant, best known for her appearance on VH1's Flavor of Love. Being from Upstate New York she is commonly known by her nickname, New York, given to her by Flavor Flav.

Flavor of Love

Tiffany was a controversial figure from the first episode. She clashed with virtually everyone in the house at one time or another, including contestants Thela 'Rain' Brown, Nicole 'Hoopz' Alexander, London 'Deelishis' Charles, Larissa 'Bootz' Hodges, Becky 'Buckwild' Johnston, and Brooke 'Pumkin' Thompson. Although these feuds were, in general, nothing more than screaming matches, an incident in the penultimate episode of season one lead to violence. After her elimination, an outraged Brooke Thompson spit on Patterson after the two had exchanged words. Patterson vowed to "whoop Pumkin's ass," and attempted to do so at the season one reunion. Meanwhile, the final two contestants journeyed to Mexico where Flav chose Nicole Alexander to be his mate. However, her experience was not yet over. After things did not work out with Alexander, Flav chose to do a second season of his dating show, and invited Patterson to participate. She agreed, but was once again eliminated, finally severing her romantic connection to Flav. Patterson, furious, verbally fought with Flav in the season finale, asking why he had brought her back. However, the two announced on the Flavor of Love Reunion show that aired October 29, 2006 that they would remain friends. Patterson's Flavor of Love spin-off "I Love New York," will debut on January 8, 2007 on VH1. Many viewers question the sincerity of New York's feelings for Flav. Skeptical observers believe the "New York" persona is a careful construction of Tiffany, meant to attract attention and fame.

I Love New York

In an interview with The New York Post, Patterson talked about her own dating show, I Love New York'[1]. The series would track the lives of twenty men as they compete for her. Recently, Tiffany has said it will air on January 8, 2007. The show will follow the idea that was Flavor of Love.

Notes

It's commonly posted that her birthdate is September 15th, but this disputes a statement she made on Flavor of Love that she was a Capricorn, making her actual birthdate most likely sometime in January.
She revealed to Wendy Williams at the Big in 06 awards that she had breast augmentation.
