The Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico is a state university and a music school in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was created by law of the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico on June 1959. The primary mission of the conservatory is to prepare musicians for the Symphony Orchestra of Puerto Rico, and to provide the public education system of the island with teachers.
