Why is being Minister for Tourism relevant to PFLP?
I know "not a forum" but I'm trying to summarise this on another page, and I'm wondering if I'm not understanding the importance of the something.
What is it significance of RZ being Tourism Minister when he was assassinated by the PFLP?
To me it seems much more important that he was the leader of this party? The PFLP have very strong opinions on population transfer etc. but I've never heard of them having any opinion on tourism? (That, or he was just the easiest to access Israeli leader after Abu Ali Mustafa was assassinated.)
The tourism ministry seems irrelevant, so I was going to leave it out, but most places I see the story mention that, so possibly it is important for a reason I'm not understanding?
