--212.3.240.43 (talk) 11:52, 5 November 2017 (UTC) I don't think the M-numbers or D-numbers are correct. The levels don't match between M and D. Perhaps it is better to speak of readiness (R-numbers). Ref: https://com-peds-pulmonary.sites.medinfo.ufl.edu/files/2014/01/Hanke-Situational-Leadership.pdf[reply]

I've added some clarification around the terminology changes from SLT to SLII from M numbers to D numbers, but I've never heard of R numbers. Hard to describe the changes in the chart so I feel that discussion is best left to the SLII section.Jeffhot (talk) 17:16, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I edited the article for clarification, it was outdated and I also cited more references. The M was changed to R on the Situational Leadership Model in later editions of Management of Organizational Behavior. Is there a reason that Wikipedia doesn't allow registered trademark symbols to be inserted? All of mine were removed. Both Situational Leadership (R) and SLII(R) are registered trademarks. 99.111.155.135 (talk) 16:39, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
