The men's individual road race event at the 2024 Summer Olympics will take place on 3 August 2024 on a course starting at 11:00 at Pont d'Iéna in Paris.[1]
Background
[edit]This will be the 22nd appearance of the event, initially held in 1896 and then at every Summer Olympics since 1936. It replaced the individual time trial event that had been held from 1912 to 1932; the time trial was re-introduced in 1996 alongside the road race.
