Colorado high school incident

[edit]

This recent edit, while mostly constructive in the history section, removed the incident involving a Colorado high school censoring references to Taiwan as part of its participation in a UN conference. A WSJ article was cited, but other sources reported on it as well. In fact, as an added bonus, that last source also mentions Wikimedia Foundation being denied observer status in a related incident. In my view, these incidents are not tangential to the topic of this article, because they directly illustrate the relations between Taiwan and the UN, albeit in a non-direct/unofficial way. Welcome other thoughts. Butterdiplomat (talk) 14:05, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I restored the paragraph with less emphasis on that particular American school and more emphasis on NGOs as a group. CurryCity (talk) 03:31, 14 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,
It is possible that the copyright violation here is a backwards copy from china and the United Nations.  Thanks Geardona (talk to me?) 12:48, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
