You do not get to move other editor's talk page comments. You can remove them from your own talk page, but you cannot simply move them to another page. See WP:TALK, especially WP:TPO. It's extremely rude to do so. Who do you think you are? That comment was specificially for you because it addressed a single-editor behavior issue, not a content issue.
