Holbeck Rugby Club were a rugby league team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. They were the original owners of Elland Road football stadium.

In 1896 Holbeck joined the Northern Union.

Holbeck Rugby Club originally played at Holbeck Recreation Ground on Elland Road, but in 1897 when the lease was not renewed, Holbeck bought the Old Peacock Ground in 1897 for £1,100. Holbeck built a new stand ready for the following season and the ground soon became popularly known as Elland Road.

Holbeck folded in 1904 after losing a play-off against St Helens for the honour of a place in division one of the Northern Union. The Elland Road ground was put on the market and was rented by the newly formed Leeds City Association Football Club.
