@American Ride: I'm not surprised by what happened, but only AndreCarrotflower can really explain why he thought you were LibMod. Personally, I'm not sure, but I doubt that you are that user. Anyway, LibMod was a user who got on Wikivoyage a couple months ago but got frustrated about some things and "went off the deep end". He pretended to be people he wasn't, and he got blocked in the end. AndreCarrotflower is assuming that you are this same user, coming back under another account. LibMod is also known as Liberterianmoderate and LM, by the way. But I'm not really sure about this and I'm not the one who makes decisions about who's a "doppelganger" and who isn't — that'll be up to AndreCarrotflower. --Comment by Selfie City (talk about my contributions) 02:05, 9 September 2018 (UTC)

@AndreCarrotflower: Got it. It has dawned on me that only one user puts the {{ping}} at the end of the comment instead of the beginning: Libmod. While part of me doesn't want to see a genuine new user (e.g. someone who's not LM) get blocked by mistake, at the same time we can't let LM succeed in using a doppelganger again, so if this is LM then we need to deal with the issue quickly. --Comment by Selfie City (talk about my contributions) 02:15, 9 September 2018 (UTC)
