Rollback to Specific Version

How is it possible to revert to a specific version of an article at once (e.g. the last 4 edits of Paul Haupt are nothing but vandalism). Would I need rollback privileges? Thanks for your answer! Pockensupperl (talk) 11:04, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

(talk page watcher) Fastily hasn't edited recently, Pockensupperl, so I'll reply. Look at the version in the history that you want to revert back to. Do you see a "restore" button there? If you do, click it. I'm not sure if you need any special privileges to see the restore button, but I don't think you do. If you run into problems, let me know and I'll make the edit at Paul Haupt. Thank you, Bishonen, for your prompt reply! All I can see in the history is a "undo" and a "thank" button next to the revision entry. As far as I know, the undo reverses only one entry, but does not restore a specific version. Is it possible to get these rollback privileges and -- if so -- where should I apply? I would not use them too often anyway, but from time to time they are quite useful. Pockensupperl (talk) 07:13, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Aha, it's a script, Pockensupperl. I'd forgotten I'd installed it. If you install User:BrandonXLF/Restorer in your Special:Mypage/common.js, you will see the "restore" links in all page histories. Instructions at the script page. (Not hard.) I've reverted the vandalism at Paul Haupt. Bishonen | tålk 08:41, 27 November 2022 (UTC).[reply]
It will also come bundled with Twinkle oder UltraViolet if you install those packages; highly useful anti-vandalism if you ask me. Elizium23 (talk) 08:59, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, there's a lot of functionality which I did not know about. Thanks to both of you, Bishonen & Elizium23, installed! Pockensupperl (talk) 12:27, 27 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Mustafa Kemal Ataküfr

Hi, you db-author'd Mustafa Kemal Ataküfr, but that's in the middle of an AFD. Could you please undelete it? Thanks, Storchy (talk) 10:31, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Storchy. Thanks for letting me know. Explicit already closed the discussion, but I've modified the deletion summary to reference the AfD to make it very clear that this cannot be restored without a Wikipedia:Deletion review -FASTILY 22:16, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

2-0 series deficits

I fixed the 2-0 series deficits article by adding citations and providing more of a background. When would the page be restored (if approved)? 131.247.224.17 (talk) 16:14, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, could you please provide a link to the page you're referring to? Thanks, FASTILY 21:33, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
List of teams to overcome 2–0 series deficits 131.247.224.17 (talk) 21:45, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The page is not deleted, it is pending review at Draft:List of teams to overcome 2–0 series deficits. It will be restored when a reviewer accepts it; there are a lot of articles in the reviewers' queue, so it can take a few weeks before a review occurs. Your patience is appreciated.
