Question About Edit Warring Concern

Hello Bbb23! Recently, you had ruled that this had no violation of edit warring policy. I know you're probably very busy, but if you have the time, can you please provide me some more feedback as to why there is no violation? Had I made an error in the process? Notice must remain

If my notice should remain at Grandmaster's page, then how come he was allowed to open an SPI case against me without leaving a notice for me? Why are the rules different between the ANI and SPI? Different noticeboards have different rules. Many administrative noticeboards require notification, but SPI does not. JM2023 complained about the same thing. Care to explain your revert on your talkpage?

Hello, so you reverted my question asking why my G2 nomination for a clear test image was declined for the reason "attitude". I placed a G2 nomination on the page File:KiranBOT II.jpg because it is a test image, and you declined it with zero reason. I then asked you why on your talk page, and you reverted my question for no reason. Please explain why. I was thinking to already escalate to WP:AN/I, but just giving a second chance. I dunno. It's unfortunate that WP:U5 is "restricted". The editor has edited in article space, and recently at that, but as I'm sure you know, their topic area is not something I know anything about. I mean, if it were blatant vandalism, it'd be easy. Have you reviewed their edits? I also noticed that they do not respond to the many, many warnings on their Talk page. I'd be tempted to block them for a combination of reasons, but am reluctant to do so if their article edits are constructive.
