General sanction / 0RR restriction

Due to persistent edit-warring at 2017 Shayrat missile strike after a block for edit-warring in the topic area and a (very generous, in my opinion) warning by Lord Roem which you ignored, you are now subject to a WP:0RR restriction in the Syrian Civil War topic area, broadly construed. You may not revert any edits in the topic area, subject to the usual restrictions. This restriction applies for an indefinite period of time (i.e. until successfully appealed). If you do revert an edit (including partially), any administrator may block you for time periods up to a year as a general sanctions enforcement action, as allowed by the general sanctions.

This restriction may be appealed either at the Administrators' Noticeboard or to myself. After any initial appeal you wish to file, further appeals may be made every six months. ~ Rob₁₃^Talk 17:09, 25 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
