Welcome (and thank you!)

[edit]

Hello! On behalf of Wikiproject Paleontology I wanted to welcome you to Wikipedia! If you are interested in spending more time as an editor, you might find some helpful points at this Introductory Guide. Also, thank you for uploading your paleoart to Wikimedia. We certainly appreciate all of the quality illustrations of extinct life we can get. I also wanted to make you aware of a couple of things. Due to Wikipedia policies outside of our control, all user-made artwork is required to go through a simple "review" process from other experienced editors to ensure its accuracy and usability. There is a general paleoart review page and (if interested) a specific dinosaur image review page. It's pretty straightforward—just scroll down to the button that says "Click here to submit a new image for review" and add a brief message with your work. If you continue uploading your work, we prefer that you "review" your images first before adding them to the page. If no major issues are noted quickly, then you can go ahead and add the pictures.

Once again, thank you for your contributions, and I hope you enjoy your time here! Happy editing, -SlvrHwk (talk) 23:45, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This link should take you to the right spot. If it doesn't, you can just edit the page directly and add your pictures at the bottom, following the format used by other users. Let me know if you need any other help. -SlvrHwk (talk) 15:15, 9 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
