Gunby and Stainby

Keep. The individual articles about Gunby and Stainby cover the villages. The one about Gunby and Stainby deals with the civil parish rather than the individual villages. In some other countries, there's a distinction between a village (a bunch of houses and possibly a business district) and a commune (in the sense of a municipality or government, which usually has a mayor and council.
