No refs on the page for many years, nothing I can find meets WP:GNG. Also WP:NOTDICTIONARY JMWt (talk) 11:30, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete for the reasons given above. Nonetheless, on a personal note, I learned something of interest to me. Recently when I was clearing away old stuff from my office I came across a note that informed me that I had been given leave to supplicate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
