The Department of Human Services consists of the Office of Children and Youth, the Office of Drug and Alcohol Abuse and the Office of Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities. Through these divisions, the department works to promote the health and quality of life in our community by keeping children safe, engaging families and providing comprehensive services for mental health, intellectual disabilities and substance use disorders.
