📍 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐝'𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞! Renovating this place was a real test, especially with the scorching heat we faced this summer... 🥵 I love #Mallorca, but working through the heat was challenging... we had to slow down, and what we planned to finish in 4 weeks stretched into 5. Adjusting to the climate, culture, and language made the process even more complex, but stepping into our new home made it all worthwhile 👏🏼 ➡️ What did we learn? 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Sometimes, things don’t go as planned, especially when the weather throws a curveball. We had to adapt quickly, adjust our schedule, and find ways to keep the project moving, even if it meant working fewer hours. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: The heat was relentless, but we kept going. This experience taught us to push through discomfort, stay strong, and keep our eyes on the finish line, no matter the challenges. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐞: We learned the value of slowing down when needed, knowing that sometimes, taking your time can lead to better results. It’s not always about speed, but about getting things right. Today, I’m incredibly proud—of myself, my team, and what we’ve accomplished!! Now, it’s time to enjoy the fruits of our labor. For me, it was essential to start by identifying where I make the biggest impact in my work and delegating the rest. On a personal level, I had to recalibrate and reflect on what genuinely brings me joy. 🔍 I had to dig deep, reconnecting with childhood dreams and wishes, and then restructuring my life around those. If I could give you one piece of advice: in business, find where you can create the most leverage and impact. And in your personal life, take the time to figure out what truly makes you happy—then plan your life around that."
