Building a Strong Safety System 🔒 According to the World Health Organization (WHO), around 1 in every 10 patients is harmed in healthcare. At IVI RMA Global, we believe that recognizing the problem is the first crucial step toward finding a solution. To build a robust safety system, we follow an evidence-based framework that drives progress in key areas like culture, systems, and leadership, as outlined by the IHI (Institute for Healthcare Improvement) Framework. Our patient safety culture is rooted in transparency, ethics, and a just culture. This year, we’re proud to announce that 60 of our professionals are enrolled in the one-year Open School training with IHI, earning their Basic Certificate in Patient Safety. Furthermore, our global and regional patient safety teams and trainees are developing monthly workshops to incorporate this acquired knowledge into daily practice. Our Medical Affairs teams have also undergone specialized safety training in prestigious international institutions , further strengthening our commitment to patient care. Together, we are dedicated to making healthcare safer for patients worldwide. 🌍💙 #PatientSafety #SafetyCulture #ContinuousLearning #IVIRMAGlobal #HealthcareExcellence

IVI RMA Global is the world’s premier fertility group that leads the industry in research, success rates and patient care. From clinical excellence, to research and innovation, to teaching the next generation of reproductive endocrinologists, to advancing cutting edge protocols, standards and practices in the field. The acronyms IVI and RMA represent the two best assisted reproduction groups in Europe and the U.S., respectively. IVI was founded in 1990 by Professors José Remohí and Antonio Pellicer and became a leader in fertility treatment in Europe and Latin America. Its success rates have been one of the best in the sector since its inception, thanks to its continuous efforts in the teaching and research fields, which have put this company on the international vanguard of fertility care. Recently at #IVIRMAGlobal, we have established the Global Healthcare Ethics Committee. This committee, composed of diverse professional profiles (ethics, gynecology, embryology, law, and psychology fields), is integrated into Medical Affairs and will support the entire company. Its main functions will be to support all departments in projects related to healthcare ethics, as well as to promote this within our corporate culture across all IVI RMA Global clinics worldwide. The committee will also support the existing regional ethics committees and take charge of training professionals who have daily direct contact with patients. The importance of this committee for our company lies in our commitment to the patients and their well-being throughout the assisted reproduction process, where so many aspects come into play, fostering responsible medical practice at every step. #ReproductiveMedicine #AssistedReproduction

📢 Don’t miss this essential analysis in the field of fertility! We are pleased to share an important study presented by Dr. Amanda Farrell, Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Dr. Denis Vaughan, MD, FACOG, MRCPI, Reproductive Endocrinologist and Director of Research at Boston IVF. 🔍 This study examines the perinatal outcomes of programmed frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles compared to modified natural FET cycles. The conclusion? No significant differences were found in clinical outcomes between the two methods. This means the choice of FET protocol should be based on a shared decision between the patient and the medical provider. #Fertility #Research #IVIRMA #EmbryoTransfer #ReproductiveHealth

Our #IVIRMAGlobal team in Italy has recently engaged into two days of intensive and stimulating Team Building in the lovely countryside of Tuscany, which proved to be a real success! These two days were marked by energy, collaboration, as well as personal and professional growth. The activities ranged from creative brainstorming to team challenges, helped by an expert team of facilitators, that have strengthened the team members’ skills and connections, creating an even more cohesive and dynamic work environment. On this occasion, IVI RMA Italia has supported a month and a half of clown therapy support at the oncohematology department of the Italian Hospital Bambino Gesù. A big thank you goes to all the participants, for their team spirit and enthusiasm, and also to the management team for their support!
